What you need to know before you book
​Below you’ll see a whole host of ticket options – there is a lot of information there, but every year we sell tickets for just about every ticket type so the choice is essential! Bear with us. What you need to know...
As we're at financial year-end, we have temporarily paused ticket sales. We are pinning down final field trip information and will re-open registration early in the financial new year. You will be able to pay on invoice or by credit card.
Please read the terms and conditions below: we have changed our cancellation charges in line with the venue's T&Cs, which means we have had to significantly change the deadlines and amounts.
​If you buy a residential ticket, the accommodation is the night before the relevant daytime activity. For example, a Wednesday ticket will include Tuesday night accommodation so you’re on site in the morning ready to go.

​Member rates apply to organisations that are members of the National Landscapes Association.

Sponsors receive complimentary tickets as part of their package; the number of tickets is dependent on which package they opt for.

Early bird tickets and when bookings close
To get the Early Bird price the last day of booking is 9th May.
Ticket sales end on 2nd June.

Extras
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast:
If you have bought a non-residential package but would like to stay overnight, dinner, bed and breakfast is £90 per night for members and £100 per night for non-members. You can book by adding the relevant night to your conference ticket booking on Eventbrite.
Dinner
If you have a residential ticket, dinner is included for the nights you are staying. If your ticket is non-residential and you would like to stay for dinner on any of the nights, you'll need to add the relevant night(Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) to your booking. The price for dinner is £25 per night.
Terms & Conditions
If the National Landscapes Association has to cancel the conference and can’t move it online:

You will receive a full refund.
If there are government restrictions in place that prevent face-to-face events:

We will endeavour to move the event online rather than cancel.
If you want to cancel your ticket:

If you wish to cancel your place, in the first instance we will ask if there is anyone else in your team who is able to attend in your stead. If there is, we will transfer your registration to them.

If that isn’t possible, the following cancellation fees will apply, which tie in with the venue cancellation fees:

Cancellations on or before 1st April - the cancellation fee will be 50% of the ticket price.​

Cancellations made between 2nd April and 1st June - the cancellation fee will be 75% of the ticket fee.

Cancellations made after 2nd June - no refund possible. If there is a waiting list for places we will transfer your ticket to someone on the list - in that instance you would receive a full refund.

If you wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague, if the price is lower we will refund a percentage of the difference in line with the deadlines above. If the new ticket price is higher than the original one you will receive an invoice for the difference.
All requests for cancellation or transfer of tickets should be made as soon as possible via events@national-landscapes.org.uk. No verbal cancellation requests will be accepted.
